Northern Restaurant and Bar Returns
The Hospitality showcase, aimed specifically at trade-only exhibitors and visitors, returns once again to Manchester to host hundreds of delights. Running into its 11th year, the NRB is coming back to Manchester Central on 12 and 13th March for a spectacular two day show.

The North Restaurant and Bar has had a strong streak of successes in the past, helping individuals in the food and drink trade to network, pick up tips and participate in taster sessions. This year’s event plans to focus on individual hospitality sectors, and many new ideas have formed including the Meet the Mentor sessions where visitors can meet those who have made it big in the business, providing a unique opportunity to converse!
The show will have a wide selection of highlights, one of which is the Chef Live Cookery Theatre; there are some renowned UK chefs taking part, all of which will be providing informative and entertaining live cookery sessions.

Also on the cards visitors can expect to take part once more in a variety of tutored wine, beer and coffee taster sessions at the Grape, Grain and Bean Theatre.
As well as broadening your taste buds, there will also be the chance for bartenders to learn new techniques by heading down to the Liquor Theatre where there promises to be some exciting demonstrations! Lead by Tom Sneesby and Jody Monteith from Manchester’s The Liquorists, there will be cocktail masterclasses, competitions and tastings, complete with items and drinks for sale.
There will be over 40 exhibitors across the two day showcase to keep any visitor busy, including Flora Tea Company, Black Hole Brewery, Gourmet Classic, Northern Catering Ltd, Taylors of Harrogate and De Vere Academy of Hospitality. Nomatter what you’re focusing on in the hospitality sector, you’ll be sure to find something of interest!
