It also has some nutrition principles that don’t involve calorie counting, points or fad diets - from experience neither of those work. The diet part of the faster fat loss system concentrates on eliminating foods from your diet that are toxins, because the body stores these toxins in the fat cells. If we can get rid of the toxins then we will drop body fat very quickly!
Are your boot camps hard?
They’re designed to be as hard as you want them to be. All exercises are performed for a set time so that each person can work at their own level of fitness. Saying that, the more effort you put in the greater the reward. If they stick to the diet for 28 days and attend the training sessions, it’s not uncommon for people to lose 14lbs or more in the 1st month.

I’m not a fan of the stereotypical view of personal trainers and the fitness industry. I find that the majority of people don't want to be shouted at by someone with 5% bodyfat and told to eat less because it doesn’t work! I actually used to pretty chubby myself a few years ago so I can empathise with the people I work with a bit. I would say that the main part of what I do is to help people change their mindsets around their diet and exercise, which helps to change them long term (hopefully!).
What are the costs for the boot camp normally and is it a month programme?
Costs are £97 for 1 month with a free taster week. After the 1st month, if people wish to continue, the costs are then reduced to £67 if they sign up for 3 months. Alternatively, they can pay £97 on a month to month basis.
